Now Hiring - Property Manager in Saint Clair Shores, MI

We are seeking an organized and reliable Property Manager to handle daily operations for a multi-family housing company.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Setting, collecting, and adjusting rent -involves using property management software
• Finding and screening of tenants
• Posting available units on various websites
• Handling of leases, applications, security deposits, emergencies, move-outs, and evictions
• Management of maintenance and repairs -including walking/monitoring buildings
• Assistance in keeping properties clean and trash free
• Maintaining records- including tenant information, signed leases, and expense receipts

Qualifications/Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of property management experience
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to learn new property management software
• Organized, timely, and reliable
• Experience working with a team

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
